Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Apply storytelling techniques and interactive methods to achieve learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student development and modify instruction in real-time to address the specific needs of each cohort
Provide individualized and small-group coaching sessions to produce measurable advancement in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation support provided)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Experience working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
