Senior Social Media Manager
Undefeated Media is a full-service digital media company specializing in content creation and media management. They are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Social Media Manager to manage and execute social media marketing campaigns, develop strategies, and create compelling content to enhance clients' social media presence.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to drive brand awareness and engagement
Optimize social media profiles and content to enhance visibility, reach, and user engagement
Conduct onsite photo and video shoots to capture high-quality, brand-aligned content
Shoot and edit content for use across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve
Track, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and inform strategy
Analyze social media data to make informed, data-driven decisions and recommendations for campaign improvements
Collaborate with the content creation and design teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive social media content
Stay updated on the latest industry developments, social media trends, and competitor activity
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster a positive brand image
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Communications
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms
Proficient in Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing content and strategies
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Previous agency experience is a strong plus
