Responsibilities
Define and execute application architecture strategies aligned with project goals and organizational standards
Lead and oversee architectural initiatives across assigned projects or domains, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
Design end-to-end application solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements such as SLAs, response times, and real-time or near–real-time processing
Mentor and guide architects and engineers, supporting skill development and consistent architectural practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, IT partners, and leadership to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, recommending adoption to improve application architecture and processes
Lead and participate in architecture and design reviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities
Actively contribute to the broader architecture community to drive modernization while accounting for the complexity of enterprise IT environments
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles such as technical lead, solutions architect, or enterprise architect
Strong expertise in designing for non-functional requirements including SLAs, performance, concurrency, and real-time or near–real-time systems
Deep experience with interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7
5+ years of full-stack development experience
5+ years working with SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, microservices architectures, and API design
Hands-on experience with DevOps and streaming technologies including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Kafka
Proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or JavaScript
Familiarity with AI and ML technologies, particularly Generative AI and large language models
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Preferred
Experience with enterprise interoperability solutions, cloud certifications, or large-scale legacy-to-modern platform migrations
