Responsibilities

Manage the customer lifecycle through email & SMS channels: segmentation, workflow automation, and attribution
Curate email marketing calendars and lead the design of conversion-friendly campaigns
Implement new strategies and creative ideas that help improve customer conversion rates using A/B testing
Work with designers, developers, writers, and marketers
Collaborate with other client service teams on co-managed clients: pay per click (PPC), social media, SEO & web services
Delegate & manage tasks in our project management portal
Manage 10-20 clients
Communicate via email, call, and video conferencing
Lead meetings such as project kickoffs and marketing performance reviews

Required

Certified in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other ESP
Up-to-date knowledge of email & SMS best practices and compliance
1+ years' experience working in an agency, or similar client-facing environment
1+ years' experience as a project manager or email/SMS marketer
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woocommerce)
Bachelor's

Preferred
