Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute a strategy for creating and managing strategic partnerships with insurance companies, focusing on integrating our AI technology into their operations
Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build strong, enduring relationships with key insurance industry stakeholders to drive business growth and successful implementation of our AI solutions
Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs within the insurance sector to customize our AI solutions and partnership strategies
Sales Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute strategies that meet the needs of insurance companies and emphasize the unique benefits of our AI solutions
Client Success: Ensure successful deployment and integration of our AI technology with partner organizations, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and value delivery
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of partnership managers and business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Revenue Growth: Focus on generating revenue through new partnership opportunities and expanding existing client relationships, with all earnings based on commission
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Required
