Responsibilities

Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets
Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets
Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables
Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions
Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments
Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth
Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior leadership
Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets
Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders
Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards
Travel 25%

Required

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food experience preferred
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing global markets
Skill in designing and executing commercial strategies across diverse geographies
Advanced negotiation, risk management, and executive decision‑making skills
Strong organizational capability, critical thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset
Experience with strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L management
Effective communication and team leadership skills
Proficiency with project management tools, market analysis, and product development processes
Growth mindset, ambition, and cultural intelligence
Capacity to influence, drive alignment, and deliver operational excellence
Commercial orientation with experience working with distributors and global sales partners
High personal accountability and follow‑through; leads by example
Team‑oriented culture builder with focus on accountability
Familiarity with and advocacy for the IBP (S&OP) process
