Senior Designer, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities

Serve as the overarching design leader, monitoring the team to ensure brand consistency across all materials and media, for all verticals
Oversee critical design strategy and direction for the CRI Family of Companies
Coordinate and assign tasks to designers based on project needs, deadlines, and team bandwidth
Handle higher-level corporate design requests and executive-facing materials
Maintain and update visual branding and written style guidebooks
Co-manage design file organization and asset libraries with other team designer
Design eBooks, annual reports, and various corporate internal and external pieces
Create social media graphics, including recognition graphics, holiday content, and campaign promotions
Develop firm e-Newsletter graphics and website visuals
Produce one-sheets, resource documents, brochures, and flyers
Design charts, calendars, guides, iconography, and infographics
Support recruitment and Human Capital design needs
Create graphics for internal projects and campaigns (philanthropic endeavors, employee resource groups’ needs, promotional campaigns, podcasts, etc.)
Serve as backup support for proposal design needs
CRI Family of Companies items, ads, and webinars
Logo conception and design
Web design elements
Firm holiday card and new partner graphics

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
8-10 years of professional graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and brand work
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, including comfort with onboarding into a new role remotely, and a track record of managing workload and delivering quality work on deadline
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing multi-approval processes
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred

Experiences working in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment
Leadership or supervisory experience with design teams
Familiarity with document workflow software platforms for proposal development
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies
