Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
High level of proficiency in accounting and finance
Strong understanding of construction or project-based accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; familiarity with workforce timekeeping systems a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
