Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between sales platforms and our 3PL warehouse team
Ensure customer merchandise (CM) orders are fulfilled within the same day
Swatch Order / pipeline Management
Coordinate swatch orders between internal teams and the 3PL warehouse
Handle customer claims with empathy and professionalism
Assess claim details, document insights, and determine appropriate resolutions
Deliver a high standard of service while balancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Join occasional trips to the warehouse or showroom to assist with product testing or customer visits
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success, customer service, operations, or logistics coordination
Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with cross-functional and external partners (sales platforms, 3PL teams)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily operational tasks independently
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin & English is a strong plus
Open to candidates with foreign or international backgrounds
