Responsibilities
Analyze and investigate litigation matters
Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial
Provide relevant and practical advice to ensure clients comply with applicable laws in an operationally efficient manner
Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
Report to senior attorneys and clients regarding case status
Qualification
Required
Civil litigation experience
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently
High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills
An active bar license in one or more jurisdiction
A willingness to travel and learn
A team-player mentality who wants to grow by being pushed by the firm's litigation attorneys
Self-starter who can work independently and take direction
