Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Instrument List

Execute and document calibration activities for utilities and process systems (BAS, EMS, PCS/TCUs, WFI, HVAC, compressed air, autoclaves, water systems, etc.)

Schedule and coordinate calibration activities and vendors

Review calibration certificates and maintain audit-ready documentation

Enter and manage calibration data in SAP CMMS or equivalent

Qualification

Metrology experienceFDA 21 CFR Part 11CGMP complianceCalibration of instrumentsSAP CMMS

Required

Experience in facility and utility calibration

Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, GDP, and industry standards ISPE GAMP, ISO, USP, ASTM

3+ years of metrology/instrument calibration experience in FDA-regulated (cGMP) environments

Hands-on calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH/conductivity instruments
