In this role, you will handle client support inquiries and work with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and product utilization.

Responsibilities
Handling client support questions over phone, email, and chat
Working with other internal teams to help clients get custom templates
Meet research needs
Occasionally produce client-facing webinars
Provide exceptional customer service
Showcasing vast knowledge about S&P Global Market Intelligence tools
Answer incoming client questions
Respond to requests
Offer guidance and additional perspective to help clients maximize their use of our product suite
Learn various datasets within CIQ Pro and 451 Research platforms
Take on additional responsibilities within the team
Work with our internal research and editorial teams
Produce client training webinars on various TMT sector topics
Work with our internal modelling team to add value to our excel templates
Qualification
Required
Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills
Passion for client support
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new datasets, products and workflows
