Responsibilities
Provide executive strategic oversight and leadership on key marquee accounts, helping clients architect connected campaigns and brand worlds that live across paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels
Partner with senior creative, brand strategy, production, and media leaders to ensure ideas scale effectively through culture, community, and commerce
Drive thought leadership in integrated communications, elevating Edelman’s Connections craft through new tools, methodologies, and frameworks
Oversee and mentor teams across multiple workstreams, fostering growth and excellence in Connections Strategy talent
Translate data and behavioral insights into actionable creative and media recommendations
Lead learning agendas, measurement strategies, and optimization frameworks that demonstrate business impact
Collaborate across Edelman’s global network, sharing best practices and contributing to the evolution of the firm’s integrated planning approach
Qualification
Required
Minimum of ten years of experience in communications or connections strategy, with a track record of leading complex, multi channel campaigns
Deep experience working with large global brands across sectors, including leadership of marquee, high visibility accounts
Expert understanding of content ecosystems, channel planning, and audience behavior
Proven success managing interdisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Strong familiarity with paid media, analytics, and content performance optimization
