Coda Search│Staffing is assisting a private real estate fund manager focused on industrial assets in finding a Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing reporting, analysis, and control environments, leading close and reporting cycles, and modernizing processes using AI-driven tools and automation.

Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements for management company entities

Lead monthly/quarterly close in partnership with internal teams and outsourced providers; improve timelines and accuracy

Analyze results versus budget/forecast/prior periods; surface drivers and deliver clear insights to stakeholders

Produce recurring KPI and performance reporting for internal and external audiences

Manage audit coordination and support compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements

Oversee tax and regulatory filing coordination across jurisdictions; ensure completeness and on-time submission

Maintain ESOP and promote/allocation data, including valuation inputs and reporting outputs

Strengthen internal controls and data integrity; implement technology to streamline workflows

Required

5+ years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance

Strong command of financial reporting, close processes, and analytical problem-solving

Advanced Excel skills required; strong PowerPoint/data presentation skills required

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work independently

Preferred

Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction tax filings (US and/or Israel) is a plus

Hebrew proficiency is preferred
