Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of customer signals and product performance to inform product roadmap for key growth categories
Own selection identification, feature set, business requirements and prioritization for forward looking line plan
Collaborate with and manage a diverse stakeholder base across Design, Product Development, Business Management, In Stock Management, Marketing and other Amazon teams
Successfully navigate through ambiguity, applying strong problem solving skills to stand up new processes that unlock speed
Identify and mitigate process/system defects, deep diving root causes and developing solutions
Partner with product families outside of Softlines to drive development synergies
Help to drive the definition and documentation of future-state processes
Manage prioritization of and trade-offs between speed to market, business performance, and product features
Own successful commercialization of customer-loved Amazon branded product
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
