Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts and results specifically related to Cost of Goods Sold
Create and update templates, models, and reports utilized for Supply Chain financial planning as well as company level presentations to the CFO, CEO, and Leadership Team
Coordinate planning timelines and deliverables across various business units
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic decisions
Coordinate and lead meetings to review key initiatives and priorities with various members and groups within the Supply Chain organization
Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost savings opportunities
Provide financial reporting and accounting support to finance teams located at the manufacturing facilities
Perform core financial month-end tasks including journal entries, data and variance analysis, metric tracking and reporting
Prepare and maintain capital expenditure reports
Support the implementation and optimization of planning/consolidation systems
Assist with updates/upgrades of SAP ERP system
Qualification
Required
5+ years of broad financial experience with 2-3 years in a supply chain finance role within manufacturing or CPG
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required
Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting in areas of Factory costing, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory and Procurement
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to identify, act and implement ideas that drive continuous improvement
Ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner; advanced MS Excel / Power Point skills required
Able to balance multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Works independently with limited supervision
Preferred
Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and other dashboarding tools preferred
