Handling day-to-day mail operations, schedule requests, and inventory
Learning the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Closing out customer reports, redirecting reports, and updating Department information
Contacting Pace customers to address public concerns
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in General Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or other related field
Must demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
