Responsibilities
Support valuation and appraisal projects across industries
Assist advisory teams in restructuring and performance improvement engagements
Conduct market and financial analysis to inform client strategies
Prepare presentations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
Support projects in lending, investing, and asset monetization
Conduct market and financial analysis to inform client engagements
Assist with presentations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in weekly development sessions and networking events
Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
Support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development
Assist Accounting & Finance teams with reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and internal processes
Conduct research and prepare materials for internal stakeholders, leadership, and cross‑departmental teams
Participate in weekly development sessions and networking events
Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year
Concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Strong analytical, decision-making skills, and an interest in financial analysis and corporate finance, as demonstrated by coursework, or prior experience
Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience with a passion for results
