Responsibilities

Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional proficiency
Authoring Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and approaches to common challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth aged 5-18 in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
