Responsibilities
Create materials and develop processes needed to support the increased engagement between the US and international PSP teams (as they grow in size & remit again)
Specifically, build out a regional enabler management training / guide / playbook that can stand-alone over time, create standardized cross-fx communications and reporting processes for global accounts, and establish cadence for ongoing engagement
Create training materials to be delivered in 1-2 day in person workshop
