Responsibilities

Monitor network systems and infrastructure in a NOC environment
Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages within SLA guidelines
Troubleshoot routers, switches, servers, and endpoints
Perform incident, change, and problem management using ServiceNow
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and field technicians
Document incidents, outages, and resolutions accurately
Communicate status updates to internal teams and stakeholders
Support remote and cloud-based network operations

Qualification

IP networking protocolsNetwork monitoring toolsNetwork diagrams interpretationNetwork+CCSTCCNAITIL certificationAnalytical skillsDocumentation skillsCommunication skills

Required

1+ year experience troubleshooting IP network connectivity
Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols (VPN, BGP, MPLS, SIP)
Experience with network monitoring tools
Ability to read and interpret network diagrams (Visio or similar)
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

NOC or telecom operations experience
Network+, CCST, or CCNA certification
ITIL certification
