Responsibilities

Propound and respond to discovery
Calendar and manage court deadlines
Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal court
Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner
Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits
Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualification

Class action law experienceFiling procedures knowledgeMicrosoft Office 365LitifySalesforceTyping speed 40 WPMBilingual in SpanishCommunication skills

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in class action law and filing in state and federal court
Advanced knowledge of filing procedures, including e-filing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision
Type at least 40 WPM

Preferred

Litify or Salesforce experience and bilingual in Spanish huge plus
