Responsibilities
Provides technical sales support to develop new opportunities for services and/or product revenue
Provides unbiased solution set to ORBIS customers to optimize their overall supply chain
Actively manages assigned program plans including areas of scope, time, cost, quality, communication, and risk
Effective at developing and managing customer relationships
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in project management, lean/six sigma and/or supply chain management
Bachelor's degree
Customer Focus - Demonstrates the ability to understand the expectations of Customers and how our services meet those requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel capability
Ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members
Ability to handle the stress of working with others
Availability outside of normal business hours
Ability to lead by example
Ability to travel up to 50%. Travel is required to support on site meeting activities, including overnight stays and extended work hours during meetings
Valid driver's license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required
Preferred
3-8 years of experience in project management, lean/six sigma and/or supply chain management
Experience with reusable packaging applications
Desired Field: Packaging, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of education
