RCT Systems is seeking an experienced Policy Developer to support the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs and digital policy management initiatives. This role involves designing, integrating, and maintaining secure, cloud-based systems across the full system lifecycle, working closely with developers and engineers.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, maintain, and monitor systems and services
Ensure system designs align with architecture and allocated requirements
Analyze user requirements to automate and improve existing systems
Perform functional, cost, timeline, and requirements analyses
Identify and resolve system integrity issues from concept through disposal
Integrate systems and services and communicate results to stakeholders
Support development, documentation, and execution of system policies
Provide release management and deployment readiness coordination

Required

BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
Strong AWS/cloud experience
Linux administration expertise
Experience with release management and customer support
Puppet and BASH experience (preferred)
CLSE experience
Deep experience with IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, attributes, entitlement, and digital policy management
Experience with security accreditation processes
TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred

LDAP experience
Security+, ITIL, or AWS certifications
