Responsibilities
Perform routine trash pickup and site clean-up across properties
Mow, edge, and maintain landscaped areas as needed
Assist with special projects including light construction, repairs, painting, signage, clean-outs, and miscellaneous property improvements
Respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs to keep properties clean and presentable
Coordinate with internal team members regarding priorities and scheduling
Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles required for maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Identify and report maintenance issues or potential improvements
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in varying conditions
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Prior maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labor experience
