Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new customers in outlined territory
Build and execute a structured prospecting plan using a proven sales methodology
Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through closing
Strengthen relationships with existing large accounts to drive retention and growth
Develop business plan with revenue goals and engagement strategies
Present financing programs to dealer sales teams and executive leaders
Engage with C‑suite, financial leaders, and business owners
Provide insights on financing structures for equipment, software and services
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity
Maintain accurate activity logs, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM
Collaborate with credit, operations, pricing, and marketing teams
Represent the company at conferences and partner events

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or finance and/or related experience
5–10+ years of B2B outside sales experience—equipment finance preferred
Proven success acquiring new large accounts
Understanding of lease/loan products and vendor programs
Proficiency with Sales Force and Microsoft 365
Highly self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Resilient, adaptable, and effective in competitive environments
Regional travel required 40-50%
