Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage high-volume phone calls with confidence and courtesy
Accommodate late-arriving guests and help put clients at ease prior to meetings
Offer refreshments and maintain a welcoming front desk experience
Collect and store coats and bags when needed
Process visitor badges and manage guest check-ins
Book, set up, and break down conference rooms
Order office and pantry supplies as needed
Handle light mail and administrative duties
Provide local recommendations (restaurants, directions, nearby venues) and assist guests navigating the area
Qualification
Required
Calm, inviting demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, poise, and emotional intelligence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
