Responsibilities

5–8 years of hands-on SAP Functional experience, with 3–5 years focused on SAP ECC

Functional expertise across SAP MM, QM, PP, WM, and Serialization modules

Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and Post Go-Live Support

5–8 years of experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry

1–3 years of experience in GMP-regulated environments, including aseptic manufacturing processes

Proven experience developing, maintaining, and executing GMP-compliant SOPs

Strong experience preparing SAP end-user training materials and conducting onsite training sessions for large production and warehouse teams across multiple shifts

Ability to serve as first-line functional support for business issue resolution

Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management
