Responsibilities
Build, develop, and manage relationships with enterprise clients across North America (California strongly preferred)
Identify and understand customer requirements related to: Large Language Models (LLMs), AI platforms & model deployment, Cloud services & enterprise architecture
Present the companys AI & cloud solutions, including: Value proposition & technical capabilities, Pricing structures, Competitive advantages
Lead customer onboarding, account setup, and early usage guidance
Maintain a structured sales pipeline with weekly reporting, including: Expected customer usage and scale, Deployment timelines and adoption forecasts
Qualification
Required
Based in California, United States (U.S. preferred for coverage)
Fluent in Mandarin and English
1–2+ years working in IT, cloud technology, enterprise tech, or AI-related roles
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, cloud computing fundamentals, DevOps concepts
Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and model ecosystems
Experience working with or understanding platforms such as Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, or similar enterprise AI technologies
Experience in Business Development (BD)
Experience in Pre‑Sales / Technical Sales
Experience in Solution Architecture
Experience in Customer Success for enterprise technology
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across global time zones
Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership and adaptability
Preferred
California strongly preferred for client coverage
Part‑time candidates acceptable, provided the role is treated as a top business priority
