Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision - Develop and maintain a scalable platform roadmap, emphasizing API‑first design, modern integration patterns, and streamlined partner onboarding
API & Integration Leadership - Own the full lifecycle of API-driven integrations, from conceptual design through specification, delivery, testing, onboarding, and post‑launch performance monitoring
Agile Leadership & Delivery Excellence - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaborative design discussions for the aligned area
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement - Lead external integration workshops to review API designs, workflows, and testing milestones
Backlog Ownership & Value Realization - Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing integrations, features, performance improvements, and technical debt
Post‑Launch Quality, Performance & SLA Accountability
Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Support, and Operations
Execution & Continuous Improvement - Champion a culture of accountability for quality, SLAs, and partner experience
Qualification
Required
Experience managing partner relationships and gathering requirements from external stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of embedded insurance and Multi-family products (Renters, Tenant Legal Liability, etc.)
6+ years of working experience as a Digital Product Manager
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
