Responsibilities

Manages the logistics and upkeep of medical equipment within a warehouse setting
Receiving, staging, and storing various types of durable medical equipment
Ensuring orderly and efficient organization
Picking and pulling inventory based on specific work orders
Performing basic cleaning and testing of equipment to maintain quality standards before distribution
Performing basic administrative/clerical/operational tasks
Engaging in a variety of tasks including tagging, staging, storing, and maintaining inventory
Participating in a multiweek training program to become proficient in handling equipment, understanding warehouse processes, and mastering workflows
Involving receiving and staging equipment efficiently
Necessitating a mechanical aptitude for tasks like assembling received equipment
Utilizing software systems for inputting and managing information related to inventory and equipment logistics
Making decisions limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing
Working under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation

Required

High school diploma
0-2 years of experience
Ability to stand, walk, and unload items safely
Awareness of safety protocols, including PPE and infection control
Must be 21 years or older, based on DOT driving requirements
Positive Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no misdemeanor traffic violations in the last 5 years and no felony traffic violations
Demonstrate safe operation of company vehicles and adhere to DOT driving standards
Successfully pass a driving test at the branch as part of DOT and OHS applications

Preferred

Prior experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or warehouse settings
