Responsibilities
Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives, including SimsMMway Program, to ensure a safe work environment. This may include conducting Safety Conversations and submitting HazReps
Report any accidents, incidents, safety issues, errors, or other problems immediately to appropriate management personnel
Support positive employee relations and team environment
Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives
Test functionality of potential reuse equipment, including memory, HDDs, SSDs, processors, PCs, LCDs, servers, printers, laptops, and other electronic devices; maintain necessary documentation
Wipe HDDs and SSDs and verify data removal
Maintain testing stations, including organization and equipment connectivity
Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checks as required
Participate in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost-control initiatives, including participation in Huddle Board meetings
Participate in relevant training as required
Where applicable, operate mobile plant equipment and train as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year of relevant experience in a similar occupation or industry
High school qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of individuals at multiple levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
