The intern will participate in team meetings, work on projects related to logistics and network design, and develop relationships with senior leadership to support company goals.

Responsibilities
Participate in team meetings and projects
Gain understanding and experience with various functions of the transportation and logistics industry
Participate in projects in the areas of logistics, network design, and transportation
Work with business process owners to identify and scope areas of opportunity
Build strong relationships and collaborations with senior leadership to support company goals
Develop hands-on experience with continuous improvement projects; utilize and enhance your problem-solving skills
Use data to analyze and root cause where operational opportunities exist
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
2 or more years of relevant undergraduate coursework
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic work style with a strong drive to succeed
Self-motivated instincts with the ability to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment and consult with team members/management as needed
