Responsibilities
Work with hardware development teams to execute on component multi-source and supply chain resiliency implementation and overhaul across the Cloud supply chain organization (CSCO)
Form and align vertical program teams to include definitions of goals and metrics, facilitating program sessions and delivering outcomes for NPI operation and supply chain program management roles
Develop, define, and lead OKR 's across multiple functional teams and in an ambiguous setting
Identify and deliver opportunities to mitigate supply chain risk, enable resilience and cost management process, tools, and system improvement opportunities
Coordinate with supply chain managers to identify new manufacturing supply chains requirements and collaborate with product operations engineering team to enable scalable manufacturing processes to keep up with new technology and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience managing both component qualifications and supply chain resiliency programs in a supply chain organization
Experience managing new product introductions (NPI) for hardware manufacturing processes
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in project management launching hardware new product introduction processes for electronics (e.g., PCBA, server, racks, and manufacturing)
Experience with direct engagement in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, material management and planning, supply chain design and strategy
