The role involves working closely with project managers and engineering stakeholders to design and implement project workflows, document requirements, and identify opportunities for automation.

Responsibilities
Work closely with PMs and engineering stakeholders to design and implement web-based project workflows and communications via web pages and dashboards
Interview stakeholders to define requirements
Document requirements and proposed solutions and review with team members and stakeholders as part of acceptance criteria
Identify opportunities for automation
Use technologies within the Seagate IT infrastructure such as (but not limited to) SharePoint, O365, Lucid Chart, Jira, Smartsheet, Power Automate, and Tableau
Work with our partners and stakeholders, within R&PD and in other business functions, through services and activities including: Efficiency improvements including data/workflow automation, budget/spend tracking tools, and lean process improvements
Data analysis and visualization, presenting complex quantitative data as meaningful information, using tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field
Visual design and presentation skills
Proven ability to document requirements and work with stakeholders to refine and get approval
Aptitude for learning and using low-code applications and workflows
Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet)
Projects automating data flows, workflows, single-source, communications, or other repeatable tasks and information
Demonstrated experience with low-code applications and workflows
Familiarity or aptitude with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner or Power Automate
