Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and validation of analytical tools
Gather and analyze data, perform cell studies using optical modalities, and report the findings
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support R&D efforts and integration of optical solutions

Qualification

Required

PhD or enrolled in a PhD program in Bioengineering, Biology, Chemistry, or closely related discipline
Experience in cell culture, with a preference for 3D culture
Experienced in the design, fabrication, and application of microfluidic systems for cell culture and biologically relevant assays
Hands-on experience with optical analytical tools such as light sheet, Raman, and multi-photon fluorescence is a plus but not necessary
Experience in systematic experimentation and troubleshooting in a laboratory setting
Work in a Biosafety Level 2 Laboratory
Work with laser systems
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments, with leadership experience in academic and professional settings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work constructively in a team environment
Results-oriented with strong personal initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly
