Responsibilities
Lead and support R2 management system implementations
Assist clients with initial certification, surveillance, and recertification readiness
Translate R2 requirements into practical, site-specific processes
Support development of policies, procedures, records, and risk assessments
Guide clients through downstream due diligence, data security, and environmental controls
Conduct internal audits and gap assessments for R2 and ISO standards
Support corrective action development and closure
Prepare clients for third-party certification audits
Review audit findings and help clients address nonconformities effectively
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for assigned clients
Provide ongoing guidance on compliance, interpretation, and best practices
Support continual improvement and system maturity over time
Contribute to Glacier’s R2 tools, templates, and methodologies
Help improve internal consulting processes and knowledge sharing
Assist with documentation review and project coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience with R2 consulting, auditing, or implementation
Strong working knowledge of R2 requirements and intent
Experience supporting certification audits (internal or external)
Ability to interpret standards and apply them pragmatically
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple client projects independently
Experience working in a remote consulting environment
Preferred
R2 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification
Experience working with electronics recyclers or downstream vendors
ISO Lead Auditor or internal Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
Familiarity with certification body audit processes
Experience with CRM or project management tools
