Executive Assistant
PRI Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level travel coordination and administrative support to the Vice Chairman. The role involves managing travel logistics, ensuring effective internal coordination, and overseeing charitable contributions administration.
Responsibilities
Prepare domestic and international travel logistics including flights, hotels, and car service
Create travel itineraries for the Vice Chairman in coordination with the Senior Executive Assistant
Manage travel bookings directly with the company’s travel provider under guidance of the Senior Executive Assistant
Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to optimize travel itineraries
Advise and assist with specialized travel documents such as visas and passports
Monitor and facilitate the use of corporate travel credit cards
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Vice Chairman, executive assistants, and key stakeholders
Ensure key processes and deadlines are met
Manage all steps of charitable contributions
Complete internal forms and send links to nonprofit organizations
Ensure the appropriate person processes event payments
Confirm the correct cost string is utilized
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple, complex travel itineraries
Experience with travel planning required
Proactive problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound judgment
Discreet and able to handle confidential information
