Responsibilities
Operates as the subject matter expert for NQ plan set-up, consultation on best practices and preferred solutions
Interacting directly with the plan sponsor
Growing your network by working with business partners from a wide array of internal groups
Providing operational subject matter expertise
Managing annual enrollment events
Delivering positive outcomes
Improving the plan sponsor and participant experience
Providing technical expertise and support to clients and internal business partners on NQ plan operational processes and complex issues
Managing and ensuring accuracy of the NQ Online Enrollment Windows
Performing distribution election error reviews to mitigate risk
Influencing clients to embrace preferred solutions
Supporting key initiatives that drive process improvements
Facilitating the process to address NQ 409(A) violations according to IRS guidelines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner
Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking
Service mindset focused on customer needs
Flexibility in adapting to varying workloads
Sound judgment and capacity to influence strategies with clients
Time and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with Nonqualified Plans
