Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of used vehicle inventory — from appraisal to the front line
Ensure vehicles move through the recon process quickly and efficiently
Price to market daily using vAuto, aligning with market day supply and competitive positioning
Partner with sales and service teams to optimize gross, turn, and overall profitability
Lead merchandising efforts — making sure every car is presented online and on the lot with the right photos, descriptions, and pricing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Used Car Manager/Inventory Manager experience in a high-volume or franchise dealership
Strong working knowledge of vAuto, CDK, and reconditioning processes
A proven ability to balance speed-to-market with gross retention
Leadership skills to drive accountability and consistency within the team
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
18 years or older required
