$20/hr - $20/hrKelly is seeking five Accounting Specialists to support the accounting team with day-to-day operations, system cleanup, and project-based work. This role focuses heavily on Oracle ERP, reconciliation, and general ledger support, and is ideal for candidates with bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting experience, as well as recent graduates with an accounting degree.

Responsibilities
Provide general accounting and operational support
Perform data entry and system cleanup in Oracle
Review transactions to ensure items are booked to the correct ledger
Compare and reconcile data from different areas of the system
Identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments
Analyze account balances and assist with reconciliation efforts
Review short pays, freight charges, and fixed assets (as needed)
Qualification
Required
Accounting experience preferred, but open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates
Internship, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or general accounting experience a plus
Strong interest in developing hands-on accounting skills in a corporate environment
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred, but not required
