Associate Operations Administrator
SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a dynamic Administrator to support their Denver, CO office. The role involves providing advanced administrative and logistics support, ensuring safety compliance, and managing various office operations.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced administrative and logistics support to the local office
Collaborate with other offices in the Subregion to provide optimal support to staff
Act as the local Office Safety Representative (OSR) and ensure safety compliance
Reconcile lodging, rental vehicles, and office invoices--including internet and utilities
Maintain records and practices to support project budgets and office operations
Manage current administrative processes and identify and implement new processes where needed
Work with People Services and Payroll to support employee changes and exits as needed to support supervisors in the Subregion
Complete the new hire onboarding processes and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding practices
Collaborate regularly with SWCA’s corporate departments (HR, Payroll, IT, Marketing, Safety, and Accounting) to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of various tasks and initiatives
Oversee and coordinate asset management activities, including tracking, documentation, and maintenance of owned and rented vehicles, field equipment, computers and peripherals, etc
Partner with our Technology Team to support ongoing employee software and hardware equipment needs
Coordinate and oversee meetings and events in the Denver Fort Collins office, to include volunteer outreach, ESOP, holiday celebrations, and other employee engagement activities
Arrange travel for senior management, facilitate scheduling of shared spaces
Communicate proactively and as directed by the Vice President and Directors to ensure alignment and support for subregional objectives
Oversee the physical office locations in the subregion and communications with our landlords and service providers (e.g., janitorial, parking, etc.) to ensure office spaces meet working environment standards
Provide additional support as needed to ensure seamless office operations and assist staff with evolving needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of previous experience in a similar role, including direct supervision of team members required
Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required
The nature of this position is such that it is not a role that provides remote work options. Interested candidates should be willing and able to be at the designated office regularly
This role may include regular travel to sub-regional offices, not to exceed 10% of the overall time (only if they supervise staff in the subregion)
Outstanding, service-oriented people skills
Demonstrated experience using independent decision-making and business judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent the company externally and internally positively and professionally
Ability to work independently, be proactive, solve problems, and take initiative; but also, be highly collaborative and team-oriented
Willingness to jump into various types of tasks and learn new things to support our team as needs arise
Preferred
Preferred experience with the following software: Deltek Vision and SharePoint
