Responsibilities
Tell powerful stories: Create and publish engaging internal communications across SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other platforms—including articles, case studies, success stories, event recaps, and campaign content
Showcase transformation: Highlight kaizens, workshops, AI initiatives, and internal events through creative storytelling and well-executed communication campaigns
Drive engagement: Plan, promote, and support hands-on events, ensuring strong participation and post-event visibility
Communicate measurable impact: Help share tangible results and key wins with leadership and the broader organization on a six-week cadence
Create polished assets: Develop PowerPoint presentations aligned with internal branding standards
Qualification
Required
Exceptional writing skills: Proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging content for internal audiences
Campaign ownership: Experience running communication campaigns from concept through execution and final delivery
Strong professionalism: Comfortable working with senior leaders and submitting writing samples or portfolio pieces during the interview process
Digital communication expertise: Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and internal content publishing tools
Event communication experience: Ability to support event planning, promotion, and follow-up communications
Proactive and organized: Skilled at managing multiple priorities while turning ideas into visible impact
