Responsibilities
Communicating with our raw material suppliers to collect regulatory, technical, and other documentation per our internal R&D supplier questionnaire
Providing a preliminary review of the documentation to confirm completeness of the request
Responsible for follow-ups with suppliers and tracking responses
Uploading information into our Agile PLM system
Helping with Global Agile integration at the raw material and formula level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Regulatory or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of Regulatory experience (or Data Management/IT)
MS Suite experience – proficiency in Excel & Teams
Experience with Product Management Systems required (Agile PLN not required but experience is a plus)
Experience with communicating to clients/suppliers
Ability to communicate cross-functionally as well as with suppliers
Data-oriented
