Strategic Pod Leader
Confidential is seeking a Strategic POD Leader to drive growth and build high-value customer relationships. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of Account Managers, manage key client accounts, and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers, driving performance and growth
Own the day-to-day strategy and execution for large, complex client accounts
Manage incoming RFQs, pricing strategy, and solution development
Partner closely with Sales to seamlessly transition new accounts into long-term wins
Drive continuous improvement through regular strategy calls with customers and leadership
Serve as the primary escalation point for client communication and problem-solving
Build and execute strategies that increase sales, retention, and customer satisfaction
Track and exceed KPIs, benchmarks, and financial goals
Coach, train, and develop your team to elevate performance and careers
Collaborate with executive leadership to support company-wide growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a logistics environment
Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into people management
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Experience with or ability to learn TMS and CRM platforms
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A positive, professional mindset with a strong work ethic
High School diploma or GED required
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business
