Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts, establishing clear workflows and high-quality work standards
Control expenses for all janitorial operations, review job costs, and make real-time adjustments to meet budget compliance
Lead the recruitment, orientation, and training of supervisory and support personnel. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
Act as a primary point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations and proactively troubleshooting any issues
Ensure all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements while maintaining accurate personnel records
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within facilities, janitorial, or hospitality management
Proven ability to forecast productivity, staffing needs, and budgets
Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing teams, with a solid understanding of HR policies and safety administration
BA/BS degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and provide professional feedback
