New GradLandmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Development Analyst for Summer 2026. In this role, you will compile and analyze data for development opportunities, making substantial contributions to the firm's development decisions.

Responsibilities
Underwrite key markets throughout the United States
Monitor market conditions in identified markets
Build and maintain financial models of potential transactions
Provide supporting analysis for key financial aspects
Prepare investment memoranda for internal investment review and to raise equity and debt
Assist with the preparation of offers for land purchases
Monitor key contract dates and terms
Track and categorize project-related expenses relative to budget
Perform general analysis among other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant major (Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, etc.) with an excellent academic record and demonstrated interest in real estate
Underwrite key markets throughout the United States
Monitor market conditions in identified markets
Build and maintain financial models of potential transactions
Provide supporting analysis for key financial aspects
Prepare investment memoranda for internal investment review and to raise equity and debt
Assist with the preparation of offers for land purchases
Monitor key contract dates and terms
Track and categorize project-related expenses relative to budget
Perform general analysis among other duties as assigned
Preferred
Previous internship in Commercial Real Estate or related field a plus
Working knowledge of real estate financial modeling, including pro forma analysis and cash flow projections
Succinct and effective written and oral communication skills
A motivated self-starter, problem solver, and team player
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Google Earth Pro, AxioMetrics, CoStar, College House, and Smartsheet a plus
Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with limited guidance and supervision
