Channel Business Development Representative
AvePoint is the global leader in data security, governance, and resilience, and they are seeking a Channel Business Development Representative. In this role, you will build and develop relationships with new partner accounts while collaborating closely with the channel sales team to drive sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Researching, identifying, and engaging new channel partners to support partner-led and co-selling opportunities
Collaborating with Partner Development Managers to generate, qualify and progress new partner relationships
Supporting partner sales motions by executing targeted outbound activity and reinforcing AvePoint’s value within partner accounts
Working closely with internal channel and field teams to align outreach efforts and prioritize partner-driven initiatives
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner and opportunity data within AvePoint’s CRM to ensure visibility and reporting across channel programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive attitude

A persuasive manner
Impeccable organizational and time management skills
The ability to think on your feet
A hunger to learn
An ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to partners
Preferred
Channel/Partnership or adjacent experience (preferred)
Previous Business Development or adjacent experience (preferred)
