Responsibilities
Manage the accurate calculation of Net Asset Value for various investment funds on a regular basis
Oversee daily reconciliation of cash and asset positions across multiple portfolios
Coordinate directly with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely settlement of trades
Prepare and review financial statements and periodic reports for management and investors
Monitor portfolio performance and analyze variances related to equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
Assist with the year-end audit process and tax reporting requirements
Maintain accurate records of fund expenses and accruals to ensure compliance with financial standards
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with financial data systems and presentation software such as Bloomberg and Microsoft PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong preference for Accounting or Finance majors
Proven track record of success in fund administration or a similar financial operations role
Extensive hands-on experience working with a diverse mix of asset classes including mutual funds and private equity
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel are required for data analysis and reporting
4+ years of professional experience specifically within a fund accounting capacity
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
