Responsibilities
Software Management Administrative Support: Own tactical day-to-day management of 3rd party tooling support in accordance with established policies and governance standards. This work primarily includes managing access, setting up defined structures of teams within existing and new tools, and integration with internal Microsoft tools
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate internally with lead Software Business Manager while gaining knowledge from peers and managers to understand how to build a network. Take direction and prioritize multiple requests from teammates and managers
Project Ownership: Execute assigned project tasks under guidance, while maintaining accountability for individual deliverables. Independently own components of assigned project outcomes by asking questions and sharing ideas related to projects. Independently create status updates, reports and documentation to support project tracking and decision-making
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience of working with Microsoft software and tools (e.g. Teams, MSFT Entra ID, etc.)
3+ years of experience in a Business Administration or Project Coordination role
Strong attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, changing environment
At least one year's experience with supporting as an Admin for third party tools like Slack, Linear, Github
Project Management Training or Certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile, etc.)
Preferred
Bonus if you have previous experience with Microsoft or matrixed organization
